German Federal Emission Control Act, Section 18.

Analysis of the emission measurements:
The emission readings were taken while the above plant was running at full capacity under the conditions described in the emission control approval certificate. The individual measurements were well below the emission limits prescribed by the Ordinance 17 of the German Federal Emission Control Act.
