Manufacturing of components
As a specialist in the production and further processing of precious metal alloys, we manufacture components for a wide range of industries according to customer-specific requirements. We focus on achieving the highest level of precision and process reliability both for microcomponents for medical technology made from platinum-based alloys and for components made from various precious metal alloys for the jewellery and watch industry. By combining additive and subtractive methods, we are able to drastically increase efficiency and flexibility.

- Labelling lasers e.g. for logos, letterings, and serial numbers for batch traceability
- Laser cutting of individual shapes
Hybrid production
- Further processing of near-net shape LMF-manufactured components using common CNC technologies
