Electroforming

Dental electroforming is a technology that has been tried, tested and clinically proven for more than 30 years and is used for producing framework structures made of fine gold with maximum purity and an exact fit. Electroforming is extremely important, particularly in the field of removable prosthetic restorations where maximum precision is essential.

Agc Micro Vision System

The AGC Micro Vision System enables different working steps to be carried out using one device. In addition to additive formation and separation of gold residues, the AGC Micro Vision unit can also be used for friction gold plating.
The processor-controlled device with the self-explanatory, menu-controlled touch display makes your work easier. The procedure is monitored and information is provided about the current status of the processing. Special magnetic contact rods facilitate positioning allowing up to nine restorations to be produced parallelly in a single working step.
